Project Description
This project, previously funded under the Informatics Maturity & Best Practices Core, continues now under the Resource Discovery Core with a new platform to build reusable metadata scheme and disseminate discoverable metadata. (See https://discovery.biothings.io). New enhancements include:
- Enhanced “Schema Playground” to extend metadata schemas from schema.org
- A metadata widget to build metadata form from the predefined schemas
- Integrated with NCATS Unified NCATS Authentication (UNA) single sign-on system
This platform currently serves as the infrastructure backend for the COVID-19 tracking site Outbreak.info and the N3C external dataset requests.
