Call for Participation for the AMIA 2021 Informatics Summit

AMIA is looking for submissions describing the latest innovations you are creating in Bioinformatics, CRI, Informatics Implementation & Data Science. Submissions due August 13!AMIA is pleased to invite submissions for the AMIA 2021 Informatics Summit to be held March 22 – 25, 2021, at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel in Boston, MA. The Summit is a conference that gives a voice to informaticians from four key constituencies who are working to improve healthcare.  Attendees will experience content dedicated to Bioinformatics, Clinical Research Informatics, Informatics Implementation, and Data Science in one integrated conference experience. For 2021, we will continue to emphasize your innovations in these areas, but also are looking for syntheses across areas and along the translational spectrum.

The AMIA 2021 Informatics Summit: Bioinformatics, Clinical Research, Implementation, and Data Science is a dynamic activity continuously reflecting the changing nature of informatics. Building off the success of the AMIA 2018 Informatics Summit with the addition of the Data Science track, the Informatics Summit has embraced the contributions each of these tracks play in the improvement and growth of the field of informatics. Informatics professionals and collaborators within these four sectors make a clear impact to patient care and human health. 

We look forward to receiving submissions that describe the latest innovations and knowledge that you are creating in Bioinformatics, Clinical Research Informatics, Informatics Implementation, and Data Science.  Sessions will be distinctly tagged with one (or more) of our four major themes of the AMIA 2021 Informatics Summit.
