Project Description
This web-based data-sharing best-practice project serves as the interactive widget to guide data providers through the important steps of data sharing to make their datasets discoverable through multiple data portals. This is important for the CTSA community which producesĀ valuable datasets that can be shared across the broader research community. A significant gap exists between data providers and data discovery portals (including the generic Google Dataset search and biomedical specific data portals) where researchers seek relevant datasets, andĀ guidelines for integrating metadata into these data portals are lacking. This project offers a solution to that problem.
Archived projects do not have active meetings, however, Informatics Maturity & Best Practices Core community meetings occur the 3rd Thursday of the month at 10 am PT/1 pm ET. Contact data2health@gmail.com for meeting invitation.
